1. Basic structure:

Dual Planetary Mixer (Hydraulic Lifting) consists of decelerator, cover, planetary frame, agitator, high speed disperser system (optional), cylinder score, hydraulic lifting system, vacuum system as well as stand etc. it is developed by innovation and improvement on the introduced domestic and oversea advanced technology, All models have a single pole or double pole type to choose from.

2. Working principle:

DPS Planetary Mixer usually has two frame type agitator and a dispersion tray, they rotates at a high-speed at the same time to put the materials under strong shearing and kneading. So the materials are dispersed and mixed fully in a short time.

The inner wall of the container is precisely lathed by big vertical lathe first and then mirror polished to ensure the movable scaper on the planetary frame can scape all the materials on the container wall off when it is rotating to ensure without residue and to increase the mixing effect. Because the machine has good action of mixing and shearing, it is especially suitable for paste, high viscosity, high density material dissolving, mixing, mixing, aggregation etc. It can be widely used in chemical, food, light industry, pharmacy, building materials industry etc.
